The Bison Buyer’s Guide is your one stop shop for locating all things bison. This database is comprised of National Bison Association members. You can find bison products that range from bison meat, to buffalo tours and hunts, to buffalo artisan goods.

Mech R&D LLC Intends to develop and Manufacture products supporting regenerative agriculture and energy independence where they are used. I believe the bison is the pinnacle of regenerative agriculture. I have joined the NBA with the intention of networking and benefiting the bison community. I dream of seeing after a herd of my own, I have a lot to learn! I intend to work with existing bison ranchers or start a "R&D" ranch. my primary goals are to improve soil quality, encourage energy independence and bring advanced Manufactuing to rural areas. Paving the way to more sustainable independent communities. My background is in aerospace Manufactuing, I'm looking forward to redirecting my efforts on the ground we rely on. I believe critical infrastructure must be cellular in nature as opposed to a chain. Small independent and with redundancy nearby. I hope together we can work to learn and work to make the world a better place.

3 Bar Ranch has been family-owned and operated since 2008. When our ranch was purchased, 12 bison came with the land. Two Woods Bison sire bulls were purchased from Colorado in 2015 and have produced the healthy herd we have today! In 2017, construction began on our bison sized handling facilities and by 2018, the corral was humanely and effectively moving bison through for our first ever working event. In efforts to keep our bison population low, we began selling a portion of our calves in 2018 and 2019. In 2020, COVID impacted our operations of selling live animals. Due to the remarkable growth of our bison population by late 2021, we decided to expand our operation to include the sale of processed meat, as well as other bison products, creating 3 Bar Bison, LLC. In 2023, our herd is now over 100 head. We utilize a qualified, local, state-inspected facility to process our animals. Meat cuts are sold vacuum-sealed and frozen individually.
