Approximately 22 animals will be for sale, all of which will have received 8-way vaccinations, plus testing and vaccinations for Brucellosis and Tuberculosis. Health certificates will be issued at the sale. Purchased animals must be transported from the Genesee facility by 3:00PM on March 3rd. All trucks and trailers used to haul the bison must have an enclosed bed, including a top.
Only cash or certified funds accepted.
Cashier’s checks must be made payable to Dickensheet & A...ssociates, Inc. and pre-approved by the auction contractor at least 24 hours prior to the date of sale
Personal or company checks are accepted ONLY if accompanied by an Irrevocable Letter of Credit from the bank, guaranteeing funds to a certain amount for this auction and approved by the auction contractor at least 24 hours prior to the date of sale.
Settlement-in-full is required by 2 p.m. on the day of sale.
Animals are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied.
The city may refuse any and all bids and may conclude the sale at any time as being in the best interest of the City and County of Denver.
